Product Details
PBS is phosphate buffered saline, which is sterilized by 0.1 μm filtration. This product is a 10 × concentrate. After diluting 10 times with sterile water, it can be directly used for cell culture, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting or preparing other reagents, or other conventional purposes. The pH is 7.4 ±0.1, which is isotonic with human blood. It is a buffered salt solution commonly used in biology.
