Product Details
PBST (Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween-20), sterilized by 0.22 μm filtration, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free, is a phosphate buffered saline containing Tween-20. It can provide a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering capacity. It is a buffered saline solution frequently used in biology. It is mainly used in experiments such as immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and enzyme-linked immunosorbent, and for washing immunoblot membranes. Tween-20, as a detergent, can increase the elution capacity of the buffer.
