Biologix Sodium Citrate Buffer (1×) is a ready-to-use antigen retrieval solution developed for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and related laboratory research applications. It is designed to help restore antigen accessibility in tissue samples fixed with aldehyde-based fixatives, supporting reliable and consistent immunostaining results.
Suitable for paraffin-embedded sections, frozen sections, and other fixed tissue samples, this buffer can be used with common heat-mediated antigen retrieval methods, including water baths and microwave heating. The ready-to-use 1× formulation eliminates the need for dilution, helping improve laboratory efficiency and workflow consistency.
Each bottle contains 500 mL of solution, with 10 bottles per pack to meet the needs of routine laboratory use. Store at room temperature. For Research Use Only.
