Product Details
The device has a built-in foam layer and needs to be pre-injected with 250 ml of isopropanol before adding the cryogenic vials to ensure a rapid freezing rate of -1°C (-33.8°F) per minute. Through the programmed cooling process, the damage to the internal liquid of the cell caused by rapid freezing can be effectively avoided.
Feature:
- Tank is made of polycarbonate
- Cap and tube holder are made of HDPE
- 90-7218: 18 holes, pore size 14.55mm, suitable for 1.0mL, 1.2mL, 1.5mL, 1.8mL and 2.0mL cryogenic vials
- 90-7312: 12 holes, pore size 14.55mm, suitable for 1.0mL, 1.2mL, 1.5mL, 1.8mL, 2.0mL and 5.0mL cryogenic vials
- Once the samples been inserted, the jar should be placed in a -80℃(-176 °F) mechanical freezer
- Note: store at room temperature when not in use. Replace alcohol after fifth use
