Product Details
DPBS has a slightly lower phosphate content compared to PBS. DPBS is commonly used for washing delicate cells such as embryonic cells or primary cells during dissociation.
Features
1. Contains no calcium or magnesium, The phosphate content of DPBS is slightly lower.
2. 0.1μm filtration and sterilization.
3. It has the ability to maintain percolation, maintain pH stability and provide simple nutrition. DPBS is mainly used for embryological research.
4. One of the most commonly used balanced salt solutions in biochemical research.
5. After endotoxin testing can be directly used for routine cell culture and other uses of phosphoric, endotoxin is guaranteed to be less than 0.5 EU/mL.
