Product Details
PBS (phosphate buffered solution) is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration. 1× working solution can be directly used for cell culture, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting or preparing other reagents, or other conventional uses.The pH is 7.4 ± 0.1, which is isotonic with human blood. It is a buffer solution commonly used in biology.
