Biologix SM buffer (supermicro buffer) , sterilized by 0.1 μm filtration, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free, is used to dilute and preserve phage proto-species. It is mainly composed of magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, Tris and gelatin.
