Product Details
Tris-glycine (TG) electrophoresis buffer does not contain SDS and is often used as a buffer for non-denaturing protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Native-PAGE is a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins that retain activity in the absence of denaturants such as SDS and ethanol, and is often used for the identification and purification of isozymes.
