Biologix SSC (saline sodium citrate) Buffer (1×), sterilized by 0.22 μm filtration, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free, are ideal for IHC, Western Blot, ELISA, Southern blot, Northern blot, and other immunoassay. It has been autoclaved and can be used for denaturation and cleaning in a variety of hybridization experiments, while it is also the most standard blotting and hybridization treatment solution in molecular biology.
