Product Details
Tris-MOPS-SDS electrophoresis buffer is a commonly used protein gel electrophoresis buffer in biological experiments. It is suitable for electrophoresis of Bis-Tris buffer system polyacrylamide gel. Biologix® TRIS-MOPS Buffer (1×) is an ideal buffer for electrophoresis of large and medium molecular weight proteins, recommended for separating proteins of 15-260 kDa.
