Product Details
Brand: Biologix
The product is a dry powder LB agar culture medium. The product specification is 250g per bottle. It is used for general bacterial culture, particularly for the preservation and cultivation of Escherichia coli in molecular biology experiments.
Instructions for use:
1.Weigh out 40g of this product
2.Add distilled water or deionized water at 1 L
3.Stir and heat to boiling until completely dissolved
4.Aliquot into test tubes or triangular flasks
5.Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and reserve
