Product Details
This product is a dry powder type of LB broth culture medium. The product specification is 250g per bottle. It is used for general bacterial culture, especially for the preservation and culture of E.coli in molecular biology test.
Instructions for use:
1. Weigh out 25g of this product
2. Add distilled water or deionized water at 1 L
3. Stir and heat to boiling until completely dissolved
4. Aliquot into test tubes or triangular flasks
5.Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes before use
