Product Details
Biologix Lysozyme Buffer (1×), sterilized by 0.1 μm filtration, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free, is primarily used for diluting and preserving samples.
The lysozyme buffer is used for dissolving lysozyme and preparing a lysozyme solution. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles need to be avoided. Lysozyme is very effective in lysing Gram-positive bacteria and also helps lyse Gram-negative bacteria.
